Well, we had our very first presentation for the Advanced Functions course. It was for the project, Let's Talk Math!. My group consisted of Sum Yee, Mikee, Lee Fong and myself. We were the first group to start off this project so we presented on the first chapter, Polynomial Functions. After forming the group, we divided the different jobs to everyone. We had our own responsibilities and carried them out.
On the day of the presentation, we were definitely nervous. We were the first group so it was even worse. But, when we started on our presentation, we grew more comfortable. Everyone was listening to our presentation. With that, we were grateful and appreciated everyone's attention. An unfortunate problem that we encountered during the presentation was the slides' appearance on the screen. Due to projector's color saturation, the slides appeared to be a little greenish which made some of the elements of the presentation a little blur. Besides, the video presented during the presentation was a little soft and it did prove to be a little of a trouble to listen to. Other than that, we had no other technical problems.
The presentation went smoothly and we had a quick game after that. The group which answered the question the fastest walked away with chocolate bars. In conclusion, the group did not have much trouble in preparing for the presentation. We had divided our responsibilities properly and no one slacked off. Everyone worked hard to do their best for the presentation and were thankful as there were no major hitches. By completing the presentation, I was able to understand more about the chapter and clear any questions that I previously had. It was like revision but in an unconventional way.
When two are of one mind, their strength can cut gold.
